Cost nothing to own each year currently paying $375 a year for property taxes. Lot size is 1.4 acres. Private with plenty of space. House has a pier and beam foundation with steel I beams. It has a 150ft deep well with new 4 month old 2HP pump as well as a 1000gal septic which was emptied and cleaned 6 months ago. Power is from the street and is hooked up and compared to most other places I've lived is cheap. It's a stick built home that was built in the 70's and 80's. This is NOT a perfect house. Can be lived in as is but it needs the exterior siding done, and small things here and there.
