Private two room suite in home with shared expansive living spaces. Located on two acres with two barns. Plenty of off street parking and room to garden. Musicians and artists are encouraged to apply, as the home has tons of space to spread out and get creative. With approval, small events may also occur such as art or music based gatherings. The home overall has 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is 4,000 sq ft. You would have 2 connecting bedrooms for private space and would share access with two other tenants to the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining and living areas, and laundry room. All utilities are included, with a $250 per month cap toward power and gas and the remainder being split by the tenants. Pest control and lawn care and internet are included in utilities. We rent to a maximum of three tenants at a time. 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, or one year terms are available. 3-6-9-12 month terms available. No smoking allowed inside. No ongoing overnight guests/live in additional partners. If you are in a couple there would be separate leases for each tenant but this is permitted with discussion and proper set up. 60days notice to end lease term early, with hassle free exit. Late fees apply when rent is not paid in full by the 5th. Pets considered with pet fee. Dogs must be crated when resident not on location and must not be left for unreasonable lengths of time. Cats may be indoor/outdoor or indoor only. Pet fee is per pet and is not refundable due to the inherent added wear from hosting pets. Airbnb and subletting are not permitted without consent from all tenants and landlord.
