Soldiers first For those Soldiers newly arriving to the Fort Hood area looking for a place to spend your 10 days permissive TDY for house hunting, that is our specialty. Drop and give us 10 If you need follow on housing after the 10 days we can discuss that as well and assist as best we can. Owner pays for water, waste water and trash. Additionally, cable television and internet are included with the rent. Tenant responsible for electric on long term leases. Please read carefully. We do 3 basic types of housing. 1. We offer fully furnished apartments at $96/night for Soldiers and families newly arrived in the area and taking advantage of the 10 days permissive TDY reimbursed by the Army. 2. Follow on housing for these families can be arranged for the BAH rate of the Soldier if waiting for housing on post OR if you're willing to sign a 12 month lease, we will lease at the current rental rate of $995/month with a $995 security deposit. First and last months rent plus security deposit due at signing for a total of $2985 due at lease inception. Positively no smoking allowed on the property and no pets permitted. Two unmarked parking spaces per unit are provided. All others must park on the street and there is more than enough space on our street to allow for street parking.
