This is a 1 BR sublet in a 3 BR, bathroom want to sublet June 1 - mid August. The rent is $530/mo, but I am willing to pay the difference because I am living abroad this summer and want to sublease it ASAP. The bed room itself will not be furnished. However, everything else in the house is. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from plates to a magic bullet, and the apartment is fully decorated (with the exception of my room). My roommates are also wonderful! There's also an incredible elevated back porch that's perfect for sipping coffee on slow mornings!
