What an awesome property! The first floor is an open artist studio space while upstairs is a 1bedroom apartment with hardwood floors. Live and work in Royal Square! Rent is $700 a month and the tenant would pay for the gas, electric, and water. The way we work: contact our office to schedule a showing of the property.
