One way street in front of the house, be considerate of your neighbors, please, we all park in front of our own house or else we park in the back. There is space for 2 cars in front of this lot - 1 for you, 1 for the upstairs. Stay flexible with the back yard - that is a work in progress. Pets - I must evaluate your pets and give the okay, and there would be a pet lease, a pet deposit, and a pet rent. (no reptiles). The okay to pets is in my sole discretion. Really not suitable for large pets, but I am not saying never. Children welcome, but this is a 1 bedroom. The room facing the street is enormous. Looks nice. Pull down blinds. There is more cleanup to do. The bathroom is fully renovated. To be honest - the bathroom looks so good, it makes me want to move in there myself. Income requirements, good citizen requirement, responsible landlady expects responsible tenants. You should be financially stable. I make the judgement call on repairs, upgrades, or renovations, but I take what you have to say into consideration. Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, paid up to $250.00 per month. Property Taxes paid by, your friendly landlady. I doubt you would exceed that, but, if you do, then I will show you the bills and you would pay the overage. This is spelled out in the lease. Hummelstown has a personal tax. Just like it sounds, that is your tax. You are required to have renters insurance. No smoking inside the home. Yard is a common area. Yes, this home is on a public street. Parking is legal and free. However, our neighborhood has pretty much agreed to park in front of our own homes, and not park in front of others homes. So, if there is not a space in front of the home, then park in back. Preserve the peace.
