This unit is located in a townhouse complex in a quiet neighborhood. Close to Mississippi University State campus and close to Starkville Academy, Starkville High School and Starkville Christian School. 5-min drive to downtown Starkville and 10-min drive to grocery stores. On the first floor, this unit has a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a big living room. Ample sunlight seeps through the windows every morning and in the afternoon, and we love reading by the windows!! The half bath is downstairs as well. The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath. One of them comes with a walk-in closet, and the other one also has a ton of closet space. We use one of them as our office and the other as our bedroom. You will also have a private fenced back patio where you can grill, read in the sunlight or gaze at the dark sky at night. The door to the fence opens to a lawn outside. Washer and dryer are in unit. This unit will come unfurnished but certain furniture can be negotiable. Move-in date is tentatively set at Jan. 1 but early move-ins are negotiable. We are willing to cover January's rent! The unit does not allow pets.
