I can rent the apartment partially furnished if desired (with mattress, couch, chairs, plates, glasses, etc.). The apartment is 650 square feet but feels bigger because the ceilings are very high and the windows are giant. has: a huge walk-in closet; a washer and dryer within the unit; a glass-door, walk-in shower; and modern kitchen appliances. The view from the apartment is a straight-on view of a park, and behind it, the UT Tower and downtown Austin. It also has also a deck! The amenities of the apartment building include a pool, fitness center, and office/common room. There is also a Luxer Locker system to keep package deliveries secure. The Triangle is located in central Austin, and is regarded by many neighborhood rankings (including Niche.com) as the best place to live in Austin. There are restaurants, salons, banks, and parks right below the apartment. The Triangle is a very safe, family-friendly area. The apartment is a 1 minute drive to Central Market, hands down the best grocery store in Austin (yes, better than Whole Foods), a 7 minute drive to the University, and a 12 minute drive to downtown Austin. - Rent includes a secure, garage parking space - Utilities are not included in rent
