The upstairs has 3 very large rooms, with vaulted high ceilings, one has its own full bathroom and the other two share the tub/toilet area, but have their own vanities. There is plenty of storage, two very large spaces. Also is a play room for small children. Separate AC unit for upstairs. The garage has huge storage cabinets and ample storage hangers, the floor has been epoxyed, so easy to clean, also water supply that has both hot and cold water for washing cars, etc. There is a RV parking or apt parking. The yard is fully landscaped with all kinds of beautiful trees and plants. There are two planter boxes for a gardener, fully irrigation system. The backyard is AMAZING! has twinkling lights, its like being the secret garden. Plenty of room for family BBQ and playing. We have watched movies all while eating and relaxing in a very quiet private fenced yard. The back yard is also easy to maintain. Large serving and relaxing areas. A must see, especially in the evening when the lights are on. This house has been well taken care of, and is built in a neighborhood that is one of the most desirable in all of Alpine. Great neighbors and wonderful friends. lived in Alpine for 26 years and this is the best neighborhood I have lived in.
