We have moved with the Navy to several places around the world and this is without question the best home we have ever had. Prerequisites: 1) 750 credit score or higher and outstanding references, 2) steady employment, 3) clean background check (no criminal activity) for everyone who will live in the home, 4) your monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent or more. Please do not ask for an appointment or application if these prerequisites are not met. This is a no smoking home. Military or retired military preferred (reduced rent). Owner pays HOA fees. Renter is responsible for all utilities ($250 - $350 per month).
