There's dining for 6, a large kitchen, granite countertops, stainless appliances, etc, etc. The living area has a sofa, a 65" TV and a super-comfy good-looking recliner. The office space includes a large desk, an Aeron chair, a 42" TV/monitor and a printer. The bed is king-sized. The normal living necessities are supplied- vacuum, iron, dishes, cooking utensils, bedding and towels and a washer/dryer. The building has a gym with weights and a variety of aerobic machines. However, there's ample room to exercise right in the unit. One underground parking space is included. The building is on Park between Broadway and C. It's a short walk to downtown, the water or Balboa Park, and it has quick access to 163 and 5. The unit will be available April 1, 2026. The first month's rent and a security deposit are also required. Owner pays HOA, which includes water, sewer, trash, & building maintenance. Tenant is responsible for SDG&E & optional cable, internet, and telephone. Sorry, but no smoking is allowed. Six months minimum, but preferably eight months.
