My property consists of two pieces of land that have legally merged into one property and a lovely home which as the address of 1080 Parkerville Road, West Chester PA . The only reason that these two parcels of land still have separate parcel numbers is because one parcel is in Pennsbury Township and the other parcel is in Pocopson Township. You continue to show 1080 as a piece of vacant land. I am planning to list my home soon and this listing is going to be detrimental to me as possible buyers will look up 1080 Parkerville Road and see a vacant piece of land instead of my house.
