The studio is at the corner of Post and Polk with lots of good places to eat and bars (noise is not a problem). Downtown is a 15 minute bus ride (with two bus stops across the street or a 7 min bike ride). Rent has gone up since I have moved here but you will be paying the same price I currently pay.Although it is a studio, it feels like an apartment. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are separate. There is also plenty of storage space in the closet, that you may walk in. All appliances are new. Hardwood floors. Water and trash included in the rent.
