Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is kind of tucked away in a secret place, yet with in walking distance of downtown Bothell. The people here are very friendly and keep an eye out for each other. We have annual cookouts in the cul -de -sac and 4th of July fire works among other things.The 4th of july parade is just 2 blocks away and there are music in the park concerts every Friday night at the river park downtown. It is just a great place to be that seems apart from the hustle of Seattle. We also own a home in Montana and if we were to get our price we would retire and move there.
