We allow up to 2 pets in the household. We require all pets to be up to date on vaccinations and licensing with documentation being provided to office staff. The one time non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet and the pet rent is $50/mo per pet. If you have a Service Animal, we will need the service animal letter fees and rent waived after management approval with the letter. Restricted/aggressive dog breeds must be met by office staff before being brought into the home.
