A $100 administrative fee (credited to first month's rent) will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicants until the application is approved and the administrative fee is received by management. A security deposit is due upon approval. First month's rent is due prior to move-in date. UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for all utilities. PET POLICY: Adult pets (select dog breeds) are allowed with a pet screening fee of $25. In addition, a non-refundable pet deposit is required: $300 minimum for dogs and $150 minimum for cats. Monthly payments include: $25/month per dog and $15/month per cat.
