Enormous back yard, partially fenced-perfect for kids with 2 legs or 4. 1.1 mile to Parkrose/Sumner Transit Center (MAX). Easy walk to schools. I pay for trash pickup (included in your rent). Electricity, water/sewer, and broadband/phone are tenant's responsibility. I can do month-to-month, but would love for y'all to stay a while. No indoor smoking, please. There is off-street parking for a couple of cars. There is also a detached 1 1/2 car garage. I'm currently using it, but I'm willing to discuss sharing or renting it outright. Obviously (at least to me), maintaining the place is my responsibility, but if there's something you want to take on, we can discuss what that's worth to me. I value my time, it's only fair for me to value yours, too.
