    Spacious 1960's custom-built ranch home in a nice quiet neighborhood. This house pulls in a lot of natural light. The backyard has a patio area along with a waterfall that a lot of local birds and squirrels like to frequent. Seeking tenants who would care for the place like they own it. Oversized garage. Mostly hard wood with some laminate wood flooring in the living room. The only carpet in the house is on the stairway leading to the basement. There are 2 additional remodeled rooms in the basement that could function as bedrooms(no windows) for a large family. The rest of the basement is unfinished. Washer/dryer included. Tenant responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Any expenses related to lawn care outside of mowing will be reimbursed by owner. Owner has an electric mower and other lawn care tools that can be left for the tenant if they don't have their own. If a good prospective tenant is not interested in lawn care I can hire someone to take care of it. Seeking long term tenant, but not required. No subletting allowed. Tenants must keep the property clean and notify the owner of any problems when they arise. Tenants must prove income at least 3x the rent. Credit checks and income verification 100% required. No smokers. No Cats. Up to 2 small dogs allowed if they are house trained and not destructive. $200 additional deposit for pets, and $50/month. The house is currently occupied by long term tenants and will be vacated no later than August 1, 2026. If you are serious about wanting to rent the property, start the application first. Tours may not be granted to those who do not show their interest by applying, and passing basic credit checks. My time is limited.
