Three nearby hospitals Centennial, Summerlin and Mountain View for employees. Crutch AFB nearby. Costco, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam's Club, shops and many restaurants nearby. Professional male/female roommate expected. House has large backyard, living room and kitchen (Shared). The kitchen is equipped with new Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer etc. high speed internet, indoor laundry, kitchen etc. Respectful, quiet, professional male/female room mates are desired. I'm preferably looking from 6-12 months of Lease, but will consider Short-Term Leases (3 months). No Pets, no smoking/substance use inside. No night-stays for the guests please.
