Sometimes a single kitchen home can feel like a bottle-necked since we all need to eat and prepare food daily. We've noticed the spread out nature of the house keeps it from feeling too busy. If you prefer cooking and eating outside, there is a covered back patio with gas grill and large picnic table to enjoy the Colorado sunsets and beautiful weather. The theater room is downstairs and open for use by everyone. Feel free to log into a streaming service of your choice and veg out for a bit! Lastly, each bedroom has a programmable locking keypad. You'll be given a unique code for access to both the house and your room during your stay, no need to worry about losing a key. Generally, guests utilize the bathroom and kitchen on the same level as their bedroom since this is where the designated storage areas are located for each room. But know that if something is in use, there are other options available Our lease terms are flexible we're open to a minimum of one month, though we would ideally prefer a three- or six-month stay if possible. We simply ask for one month's rent as a security deposit, and we're happy to work with you to find a term that best fits your needs.
