Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance, and no pets over 50lbs are allowed. There is an extra one-time fee per pet per stay: 1-2 nights: $100 per pet, 3-6 nights: $150 per pet, 7-29 nights: $250 per pet, 30+ nights: $300 per month per pet. An additional cleaning request during your stay would cost $150. Smoking, drug, and vape use is not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building, and there is a $1000 fine if discovered or reported. Strictly observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets or towels. There is a $10 charge if face towels are stained. You will be charged for any missing or damaged items. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys, clicker, or fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is one security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. There is a $500 penalty if you're locked out and will need someone to assist you. All stays longer than 29 days must be cleaned by our housekeeping team, and this service will cost $150, which must be paid for by the guest.
