I have mid size and large bedrooms opening up in my house in Wash Park, located a couple blocks between the Gaylord St district (Homegrown Tap & Dough, Perdida, Devils Food Bakery, etc) and the park itself. Rent for the room is $1168, which is priced the lowest as the smaller room of the house, but it has the largest closet/storage. Rent for the largest room is $1316. Utilities (internet, gas/electric, water/sewage) are split by 3.We have fast (1000mbps/1gig) fiber wifi which is a fixed $25 each per month, and the other utilities range from an additional $20-70 per month depending on the season. Both open rooms are on the main floor, with the full bath between these 2 rooms is shared. Dishwasher, gas stove, fireplace, and washer/dryer included. I work from home full time, but I am out and about part of the week for meetings at my clients' and travel a bit for work in my territory. My room is downstairs in the basement and is attached to the utility room. Colin is in the service industry and works most afternoons through late evenings. About me: mid 30s, I love plants, gardening, climbing, snowboarding, hiking, movie nights, reading, and cooking. I have 2 sweet pups and I love to travel, staycations in the mountains, and grilling with friends. Unfortunately the landlords won't allow other pets. I clean the kitchen after everything I make, keep my stuff in my room, and am super cognizant of sweeping up after the pets as well. I'm excited to have friends over this summer in the large backyard, but overall we're a chill bunch and it's a quiet street in general with families next door. Most evenings we're all cooking, reading, and catching up on movies. If you're interested please email a little about yourself and any questions you may have. If it sounds like a fit, we can set up a time for you to meet me and see the space! The small room is open now and the other will be last week of August. The lease will be 12 months through end of August 2027.
