Riverside Club is a gated community located on the Marco River w direct access to the gulf. There are two pools, two spas, three tennis courts and 76 docks that can be leased for $200/year, in the off season your boat can be stored in the outer parking lot. There is a marina (Pelican Pier) located on our property that serves food during the season. Fishing is permitted on any of our docks. Electric, sewer and water is included and once cable is in place that will be also.
