This house shares the backyard with the house behind it, where we, the homeowners, live. The backyard was torn up while the back house was being built, we are planning to either mulch the back yard or try to establish grass plugs this fall. This home offers off-street parking with access to an attached carport from the front driveway. Room to park up to 2 cars single file. Fully furnished kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and sink disposal. Stacked washer/dryer in unit. Central A/C. No smoking of anything inside the property, including cigarettes or weed. Additionally, marijuana may not be grown inside the house. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, including trash, recycling, water, gas, electricity, and internet. Deposit due upon signing of rental agreement. Good credit is required, 675 or higher as run through our credit processor. We currently use VantageScore through Experian Connect. Each applicant will need to set up an online account with Experian and pay a fee of $14.95 per applicant. Rental history or references are not accepted instead of good credit.
