Home is furnished as shown in the photos. There is two trailers parked in the yard, and there will also be a shed that I will be using for my personal storage, this is a large part of why the rent is so low. Please contact me by text only. I work long hours and I am unable to answer my phone while I am at my job. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Currently there is no AC. The renter is welcome to install a window unit swamp cooler and we will discount the cost of the swamp cooler from the rent, and then the swamp cooler will stay at the property after the tenant leaves. We do want someone with decent credit (600+) and a stable form of income. Pets are fine, but there is a $150 pet deposit.
