    What's special

    This home is located on a quiet and safe residential neighborhood populated mostly by homeowners. I am looking for mostly quiet and courteous, non-smoking tenants who will be respectful and appreciative of the neighbors and neighborhood. This home is also located in an area featuring excellent schools and good freeway access. This home is approximately 1250 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It features a natural gas fireplace for immediate heat and ambiance at the touch of a button besides the forced air heating system. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a good sized refrigerator and substantial storage in the cabinets. This home is attached to a separately occupied ADU (additional dwelling unit). It is attached by a very thick and well insulated wall between them. Each has a separate and private backyard and a private wooden, storage shed. The current tenants should be out today 9/30/24 and so it should be available to show shortly. I have lowered the price and will be at the property frequently getting it ready to show it without being inconvenient to tenants or dealing with the messy situation created by tenants moving out. I have also reduced the price to $3600 per month so as to find a good and qualified tenant shortly. I believe this is a pretty good price for a home, with a yard, this close to Los Gatos and so close to the Los Gatos Creek Trail. Tenant pays all utilities.
