Lovely waterfront cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with great room/kitchen area. Open loft area as well (adults cannot stand up here). Unfinished basement is only accessible from the outside and has a half bath. The washer/dryer is also located down there. New front door (replaced sliding glass door) with electronic key pad installed. Dual AC with Nest thermostats (although the great room does get warm in the hot summer months - we are installing a wall AC unit to help with this). Weekly lawn service and monthly pest control is included in the rent. One dog considered on a case by case basis. Absolutely no smoking. Electric is the only utility bill. Electric bills vary greatly with Southside Electric throughout the year. Last year bills available upon request. Internet with Xfinity around $75/month is clearly optional. They provide great service as we have worked remotely from there in the past and have had no issues. Looking for a 12 month lease. Can be rented furnished. Currently set up with 1 king/1 queen/2 twins in the 3 bedrooms.
