There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the home, unless approved by host. Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund. NO PARTIES: Airbnb Policy include serious consequences for guests who attempt to violate these rules, varying from account suspension to full removal from the platform. In 2021, over 6,600 guests were suspended from Airbnb for attempting to violate their party ban.
