Entire floor of house is new hard tile so very easy maintenance. House is on an acre of land with NO NEIGHBORS! LOTS of area to park. Perfect cabin like home for solitude with woods stretching far on both sides and back of house. 1 mile from gas stations, 4-5 miles from Walmart, Home Depot, shopping centers etc. and 20 miles from Lake Conroe! Comes with new stove and refrigerator which is in decent shape. House is VERY basic and I'd like to keep it that way. Renter can feel free to paint the walls any neutral color, and since this house is a very quick turn around, make sure to ask me about the deduction to your lease if you decide to paint the inside. Pets are fine. Long parking area for multiple vehicles, just try and stay off the middle of the yard - you can park off to the side of it. Tenant is required to purchase their own garbage service. This is a must and shouldn't cost very much but it keeps trash from piling in the garage. Hanging stuff up is fine as long as it's done with very thin nails. No big holes or nails in the wall. Paint is fine in the interior as long as it's a neutral color (off white, grey, etc.).
