Our home is about 2000 Sq.ft. in size that has a spacious basement with a private walkout entrance from a fenced backyard that we decided to use for tenants. It's a loving family home, that's perfect for families or individuals with or without pets. Your place "400 sq. ft." has a separate entrance from the backyard and complete privacy. The home has 1 dedicated full private bathroom with shower for guest. Your space comes with fridge, toaster, microwave, ice maker, coffee machine, hot/cold water cooler, computer, massage chair, Amazon Alexa, 55" Smart TV and more Our stocked kitchen is fully upgraded and guests are welcome to use including using any dishware, utensils, or anything you need for cooking. We are right off of the I-680 interstate, located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Guest access Guest are welcome to use Kitchen including any pots/pans, dishware, stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator etc that you need to cook, laundry room for washer and/or dryer and dedicated private shower that's located all the way upstairs. Free parking on street in safe and quiet neighborhood with camera monitoring. During your stay Guests will have access to my direct cell phone number, so they're most welcome to call OR text directly for any assistance throughout the stay. I would require minimum of 1 month stay but pretty flexible with things.

Property owner lives upstairs and there is one floor in between so it's always pretty quiet and enough space for everyone.
