I own a 3 bedroom home around 1,500 Sqft and renting just one room. The home is located in Rancho Cordova at the Stone Creek development off of Zinfindale. I do have a small/medium dog. I am a 60 old biological male and I identify as a Man! I am quiet, respectful, and like to keep the home clean and organized. I expect the same from my roomate. Rent is $800 with a $500 deposit which includes all utilities but Internet only no TV cable. Room is not furnished. Regarding the hallway bathroom it is pretty much for my roommate other than the ocassional visiter. I am looking for a mature biological male that identifies as a Man. Only Dog Loving Conservatives need to apply! No smoking, No longterm overnight guest. Month-to-Month rent with 30 day notice to quit.
