Along with the application we need government issued ID's, 60 days proof of income, and $30 application fee per applicant over 18. You can fill out the application either in person, by appointment, or over the phone. We can show it most days by appointment until it is rented. The most important factor considered is income, but we also look at felonies and evictions. If these come up in your background, you will not necessarily be declined. However, you may be required to pay additional deposits or amounts. You need a minimum of $500 to hold this property for no more than 7 days.
