It's been newly painted and the owners live on the opposite side of the property that has 30 ft trees separating the houses. It's located in a very small quiet safe neighborhood. Utilities including internet and electricity are included except for water which is collected into a cistern and normally adequate for renters and rarely bought. First last and security needed. First months rent to secure the rental. 3 months rental contract or more.
