This is a spacious, unfurnished room, 14' x 16,' with an outset closet on the main level of the house. The room has a private, detached bathroom for your use. The housemates' living space is on the opposite side of the house, on the second level, with the kitchen and living room in between. There is storage space available in the garage and the shed. Free parking on site. Utilities are paid separately and can run between $90 and $150 extra per month. There is a guest room you may use for an occasional friend or family member. We also have a large front and backyard with plenty of space to relax. It's worth noting that our part of the neighborhood is very peaceful, we know all of our neighbors, and love being able to share the space with others. We are looking for someone to sign a 12-month lease with the option to go month-to-month after that. Leases may be broken with 60 days' notice without incurring a fee.
