Very unique - old cabin front exterior is within the interior wall space of the addition. Old cabin, being a relic of the 20's will require some work. Wonderful piece of property with plenty of pines and wildlife to view. Could be a negative to most but there is only an outhouse and no running water. Live like you're great grandparents!! Was scoped for well and septic some years back. Really roughing it yet 3.5 miles to Starbucks!
