Hello I am renting a furnished room on the second floor. The room comes with a mini fridge, Large TV, a dresser, a queen sized bed, and a closet. The bathroom is shared, but there is another bathroom downstairs for just in-case purposes. No pets, no in room smoking, if you are going to cook, cook sparingly. The room is for a singular person so please no couples. No Parking in the driveway. No smoking in the room. People sleeping over is fine, but not staying over.
