This is a brand new apt. in my house that took me 4 years to remodel! - just below Buena Vista Park and above Duboce Park. Has its own separate entrance & own big private deck. It is all high end appliances. Viking! And has it's own washer & dryer in the apt.. as well as it's own dishwasher, full kitchen, etc... (Pictures were taken at night - I can & will send daytime pictures - of course best to see it!) There is plenty of natural light but it is a basement unit - with a it's own alley entrance. Big closet in bedroom and full bath with Marble tile. Floor radiant heat (so it does not dry the air out at all and is warm on your feet). Everything is new! Not a big apt. - but super high quality. This is very different than your typical rental. Will consider a pet - will be a small increase for a pet. I love dogs & cats but it does add a little wear & tear. Street Parking is easy. Has it's own washer & dryer. Fast internet & full TV package. I am looking for someone (or a couple) who is responsible, financially strong and will take great care with this apt. and my house. And some interest in making or at least keeping up - a little garden (aka some simple upkeep in the yard would be a benefit).
