The Acre is In a small community, a mile from Lake Milwood, it would make a great little fishing/hunting camp....it was An Awesome first home my husband set up for us, it's great for being out in the country far from town so much better than living in town (7miles) from town. It's got a half circle drive, a wooden storage building on the back of the property we made it our laundry/storage space, it has a place to clean fish in the back yard with electric, the river is a mile and a half away also and it's kinda like a little retirement/relaxation Camp.
