This house is a project house. It is an older house so it comes with it’s fair share of problems. Things that need to be done to the house include. Roof needs to be replaced including chimneys reflashed. It needs gutters as well. It has a busted pipe upstairs that needs to be repaired so the water is cut off to upstairs bathroom. There is a room upstairs where the plaster on the ceiling needs to be repaired from water damage. Flooring downstairs is about 2 years old except for the bathroom. Has all new windows throughout the house except for one window in the basement. Does need new laundry location. Existing laundry location is in the basement. This house does not have central heat and air. We use portable window units with heat. Does need a complete rewire but electric works good for what it is.
