There is a huge storage area in the basement in case you need to store furniture, bikes etc. There is one (1) garage. The second one is for our car which will spend the winter safe and dry. We will contribute $250 per Month to Electric. The Propane Gas Fireplace can be used but if we use over $250 in propane during the winter. It will be the responsibility of the Renter.
