We require someone who has a full time job and can also show proof of income. To move you tenant must pay one month advance and a security deposit. We do accept DSS payments as long as there is a verification of the funds. We accept housing programs as well. Tenant must have full time job for at least 6 months and is active working. Tenant must pay for their own gas and electric bill. There are no laundry hook ups at all.
