Looking for a subleaser for next semester OR december 1st for my room in this cute house downtown! You get the whole upstairs of the house which comes with 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately 2 people cannot share the upstairs, the landlord only allows 1. As you can see, I use one as a bedroom and one as a closet but they would be yours to do whatever with. The house is located right behind SSMB (beside College of Charleston campus) so it s literally a 5 minute or less walk to class. You would share a bathroom with 1 other person. There are two other very clean and kind roommates that live downstairs. Rent is $950 and water is included. Electricity usually runs pretty cheap as well. Please email me if interested!!
