The kitchen and den are separated by a half wall which allows you to stay connected with your family while cooking or entertaining. The gas stove, refrigerator and back-up propane lights are run by a 57 gallon propane tank. The kitchen table sits squarely between two windows that give you a wonderful view overlooking the lake. The two alcove bedrooms are at the far end of the camp each having bunk beds with built in reading tables. This snug little camp sleeps six using a queen pull out couch and is heated during chilly weather by a wood stove. There is also a small loft for storage. Off of the den as you open the sliding glass door, you will walk out onto the 8 x 24 sq ft screened in porch that overlooks the crystal clear Lake Cathance. The 63 sq ft bathroom was built in 2012 with a corner shower, toilet and vanity. It is run by a quiet Honda 3000 generator with electric start located in the shed outside the bathroom. The running water comes in by an electric pump house down by the lake. This wonderful camp comes fully furnished and is in very clean condition. It has been taken very good care of over the years.
