Private room with views of nature & town living...half acre backyard where you can garden & enjoy small above ground pool.. use of downstairs stairs kitchen only. Private quarters of owner will be upstairs. And shut for your stay . Possible long term ( years & decades rental a possibility if we get along great!)) NO SMOKING, DRUGS, OR UNFORTUNATELY PETS. Thanks for understanding VERY QUIET small neighborhood so let's keep it that way. They will call the cops if there's loud noise or misbehaving. We also have 6 outdoor cameras here. So please stay above the law in our home. Also no smoking, drugs, pot, etc..
