Street parking is also available nearby, subject to posted restrictions and space availability. Lease Terms A 12-month lease is required. The security deposit is due in full at the time of lease signing and will be held in accordance with the lease agreement and applicable law. Water, sewer, and trash service are included in the standard monthly rent. The tenant is responsible for all other utilities and services, including electricity, internet, cable, and any optional services. This is an all-electric property and does not have natural gas service. The tenant must place the electric service in their name before move-in and maintain active service throughout the lease term. The tenant is required to obtain and maintain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage for the entire lease term.
