The House is on the Swamp Rabbit trail in Cleveland park. Easy walk or bike to downtown. Backyard is fenced and has a lot of nice trees. The floors are all hardwood and the bathrooms are tiled. House has Central HVAC all electric heat pump, Washer and dryer are included, big Southern front porch, all new windows, and many nice features. Why commute to downtown when you can already be there? Tenant is responsible for all utilities water , power and internet/media. It has off street parking. We don't allow smoking inside our rentals. Pets require landlord approval.
