We are renting the in law unit of our house. It has its own entrance & exit. It comes completely furnished with a Cal King bed, nightstand, couch, eating book with a Keurig, toaster, & microwave. There's a TV with basic Comcast cable, wifi will be provided, & all utilities are included. There's also a huge bathroom with a walk in shower & double vanity sink with lots of storage. Renter will have access to the garage where there's laundry, slip sink, & full size refrigerator. There's plenty of street parking.
