the pictures say it all its currently furnished and can be conveyed empty easily. my friend is going to help me out with the property this year (as i took it off the market since my mother suffered a stroke) i would also entertain selling the property and holding paper for short term (no more than 5-7 years) i have rented this seasonally but am unable to keep up so this is long term rental price
