We are looking for someone to take over our lease. My husband's job is relocating him, so we are willing to transfer our security deposit and pet deposit of $895 to the new tenants. We are also willing to pay $1,790 towards the rental contract, which brings the monthly rent down from $895 a month to just $716 a month. The lease ends on June 30, 2019. All tenants must complete a background check and credit check with the landlord before being approved to take over our lease. The rent payment includes pet rent for up to two small pets that must also be approved by the landlord. Pets should not weigh over 30 pounds. The apartment complex is conveniently located near 33 Hwy. next to Gigi's Country Kitchen in The Plains, Ohio. It has a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a storage room with laundry hookups, a back porch, and convenient parking just outside the unit. Rent also includes water, sewage, and trash. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
