Pets are permitted upon prior approval and non-refundable pet fee. Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom on main level with ensuite bathroom - King Bed and a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a sunken tub, shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 upstairs -King Bed, 2 twin sleeper chairs, a daybed, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a shower, single vanity and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 upstairs - Queen bed and full-size futon. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom#4. Bedroom #4 upstairs - 2 Twin beds, fully functional work desk, task chair, monitor and printer. Please note that some of the furnishings listed above may not be available during a long-term rental. It may be possible to have the home unfurnished. Ask about options. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most rentals. Home will be available on July 15, 2024. Tenant will agree to have owner's professional cleaning service in quarterly at an extra $175 per clean, charged to the tenant. We will consider your dogs on a case by case basis, please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends, as there is an additional pet fee of $350 for up to two small dogs. Lease terms are negotiable based on your needs. We are open to 3-6 month leases. Longer options are available. Discussed as needed. Tenants are responsible for utilities. If the preference is to have all utilities included, a package rate may be applied.
